MMA 1-2-1 Personal Training

 

1-2-1 Personal Training sessions are also available at The MMA Room.

Sessions are available throughout the week in the day time and now also at the weekends!

MMA Personal Training (PT) sessions can be tailored to individual needs, such as all round experience and fitness or competition specific training.

PT Sessions are carried out by James de Vries and Luke Scott. James has been providing PT sessions for over 4 years and is running out of available time slots and we now have Luke available in the week and on Sundays, so we can always find a time to work for you!

Coaches and Prices:

James de Vries has been training one form of martial arts or another for most of his life, gaining his Judo blue belt at secondary school, his brown belt in Wing Chun Kung Fu in his 20's along with a purple belt in kickboxing before discovering the exhilarating world of MMA.

James fought competitively and had over a dozen amateur and semi-pro and fights in both kickboxing (K1 & FC) and MMA.

James also now trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and last year took the gold at Grappling Industries London (White belt, no-gi, Masters 2).

PTs with James: £35 per hour

Luke Scott has been training Mixed Martial Arts at The MMA Room for 7 years and has been part of the coaching team since 2021.

Luke is an active competition fighter, competing in MMA, K1 Kickboxing and Submission Grappling.

As well as martial arts, Luke also specialises in strength, fitness and stretching training.

PTs with Luke: £25 per hour

Payment will be taken at the time of booking and is fully refundable up until 48 hours prior to the session.
